What is experience research at Autodesk? 

Experience research is our way of understanding your first-hand experience and getting your feedback. Research can range from a conversation with an experience researcher to filling out an online survey. This type of research puts customers like you at the center of our design process so that we can create digital experiences that you’ve always wanted.


Why participate in Autodesk Account research?

This is your chance to tell us what you like, what you don’t like, and to help shape digital experiences of the future. 


What can I expect?

Complete our questionnaire so that you can participate in a study that will impact you the most. Depending on the types of studies we have going on, you could receive an invite in a few days or a few months.


Participation might be on-site or remote via the Internet and might include:

  • One-on-one usability feedback sessions with Autodesk staff
  • Group events, such as focus groups and brainstorming sessions
  • Surveys
  • Site visits and field research


What happens after I participate?

As a thank you, you will receive a small token of our appreciation after your participation. While we cannot guarantee that all of your suggestions will make it into the final experience, your input is valuable in moving us in the right direction.
